At Buzzard Excavating, our work is more than just a business—it’s a family tradition spanning three generations. My dad, grandpa, and I share a passion for operating heavy equipment and transforming land. Growing up on our family farm, I’ve been running machinery since I could walk, which naturally led me to start Buzzard Excavating in 2022.
With my dad’s 33 years of experience as a civil engineer for IDOT and my grandpa’s lifelong work in construction, I’ve learned the importance of hard work, precision, and dedication. This isn’t just a job—it’s what I love. We take pride in going the extra mile, always leaving job sites better than we found them. My goal is to grow this business full-time, turning a lifelong dream into reality.

With expertise in civil engineering and construction, we approach every project with precision and care. Our work is supported by top-tier equipment, including a Cat 953C track loader, CX160B excavator, Takeuchi TL12R2 skid steer, and a semi with a dump trailer for hauling materials.
